No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

At All Heart Atlanta, we are committed to providing high-quality CPR and emergency cardiovascular care training. Because course registrations reserve instructor time, training equipment, materials, and limited classroom availability, all registrations and payments are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or otherwise provided in this policy.

Registration & Payments

  • All course registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted.
  • Refunds will not be issued for scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, missed classes, or failure to complete course requirements, except as otherwise provided in this policy.
  • Participants are responsible for selecting the appropriate course and reviewing all prerequisites before registering.

Rescheduling & Written Notice

  • We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and we strive to be reasonable and accommodating whenever possible.
  • Participants are asked to provide written notice before their scheduled class begins if they need to reschedule.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by All Heart Atlanta.
  • We recognize that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may prevent advance notification. These situations will be reviewed individually, and reasonable accommodations may be offered at our discretion.
  • Failure to attend without notification or a reasonable explanation may result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
  • Written notice may be submitted through an official All Heart Atlanta communication channel, such as email or the website contact form.

Late Arrivals & Course Requirements

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time and prepared to participate.
  • Late arrivals may be denied participation if required instruction or assessments have been missed.
  • Participants are responsible for completing any required online coursework and providing the appropriate completion certificate before attending a skills session.
  • Payment and attendance do not guarantee certification. Participants must successfully complete all applicable course requirements.

Online Courses & Digital Materials

  • Online course purchases, digital materials, and course access codes are non-refundable once issued or made available, except as required by applicable law.

Group & On-Site Training

  • Group and on-site training reservations involve advance scheduling, instructor assignments, and equipment preparation.
  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
  • Requests to modify or reschedule group training should be submitted in writing as soon as possible.
  • Changes to participant counts, training locations, or course requirements may result in additional charges.

Cancellations by All Heart Atlanta

  • If All Heart Atlanta cancels a scheduled course and cannot provide the training as originally agreed, participants may choose between rescheduling to an available course or receiving a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled course.

Policy Acknowledgment

  • By completing registration and submitting payment, participants acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to All Heart Atlanta's No-Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • All Heart Atlanta reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances individually. Any exception must be approved by All Heart Atlanta.
